• 3+ years in People Operations, HR Shared Services, or similar role.
• Experience with onboarding, LOA, case management, and policy interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across North America.
• Handle onboarding from offer to Day One with audits and orientation.
• Manage lifecycle transactions in Workday with accuracy and timeliness.
• Triage and resolve casual People inquiries via ServiceNow, meeting SLAs.
• Apply country-specific policies and escalate sensitive issues as needed.
