Qualifications

• Experience in HR, administration, payroll support, or employee services is an asset.
• Post-secondary education in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• CPHR designation (or working toward it) is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for HR-related questions and support.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and employee programs.
• Educate employees on HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support payroll-related administration, attendance, and leave tracking.
• Coordinate job postings, interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding activities.
• Support HR compliance, reporting, and policy administration.
• Maintain safety records, training documentation, and incident reporting.
• Assist with safety training, WHS Committee activities, and corrective action tracking.
• Promote safe work practices and a strong culture of safety.
• Support engagement, recognition, training, and performance initiatives.
• Assist with HR and safety reporting and metrics.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance the employee experience.

What You'll Do
