Qualifications

• Experience with US & Canadian benefits administration.
• Familiarity with Leave of Absence regulations (FMLA, Canadian leaves).
• Exposure to immigration/visa coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end HR operations across US and Canada.
• Handle benefits administration, LOA processing, and payroll support.
• Maintain accurate employee files and system updates.
• Provide timely, clear guidance to managers and employees.
• Collaborate on HR data reports, dashboards and metrics.
