Job summary

Air is hiring a Talent Operations Specialist in Toronto to own end-to-end talent coordination, reporting to the Talent Manager. You’ll work with Talent, People Ops and hiring managers to keep every recruitment cycle moving smoothly.

You’ll schedule interviews, manage tooling and data, and support onboarding while building strong stakeholder relationships. This hybrid role requires in-office attendance at least 3 days/week in Toronto, with a focus on candidate experience, process improvements,

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a people, talent, HR, project management or administrative role.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple interview loops and open requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Own interview scheduling and coordination across the full recruitment cycle with Talent Lead and hiring managers.
• Be the point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a strong candidate experience.
• Identify friction in talent processes and tooling, and propose concrete improvements.
• Own our ATS, keep it accurate and up to date as the single source of truth for every requisition.
• Draft and maintain job postings across our careers page and external boards.
• Compile recruiting metrics and perform data analyses to inform the process.
