Job summary

Tipalti is seeking a People Operations Analyst for a 12-month fixed term contract. You will support US and Canadian HR operations, from benefits administration to LOA processing and immigration coordination, while ensuring data integrity across HR systems.

You will act as a primary point of contact for People Operations queries, maintain employee files, support onboarding and offboarding, and contribute to HR analytics with monthly insights and dashboards.

Qualifications

• HR generalist, operations, or coordination experience with demonstrated hands-on exposure to US and Canadian benefits administration, LOA regulations, and immigration processes.
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality.
• Execution: Results-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in solving operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end People Operations across US and Canada, including benefits administration, LOA processing, and immigration/visa coordination.
• Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes including documentation, employee files, onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, and references.
• Act as a first point of contact for People Operations queries with a customer-first service mindset.
• Maintain data accuracy across HR and payroll systems through audits and timely updates.
• Track and manage leave requests, probation periods, and lifecycle adjustments.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and HR metrics for monthly insights and executive reports.
• Map, document, and scale People Operations workflows and participate in HR projects.
