Job summary

Humans of HR is assisting a fast-growing, publicly traded company in Vancouver to find a hands-on People & Culture Specialist. You will own onboarding, benefits administration and the people side of acquisitions, guiding the employee experience from offer letters to day one for regular hires and teams joining through M&A.

You will collaborate with P&C leadership and business partners, managing acquisition integrations, HRIS updates, and benefits for a largely multi-entity operation while growing

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in an HR Coordinator or HR Assistant role.
• Strong onboarding experience in multi-entity settings.
• Knowledge of BC and provincial employment standards.
• Experience drafting offer letters and employment agreements.
• Familiar with HRIS; ADP is a bonus.
• Clear, warm communication at all levels.
• Attention to detail with multiple priorities.
• Interest in growing HR career through new projects.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for assigned group of companies
• Draft offer letters and employment agreements
• Be the friendly, go-to contact for new hires as they settle in
• Respond to HR tickets and day-to-day questions, escalating employee relations matters to the business partners
