The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years in HR with 2+ years in HR Business Partnering, strong policy knowledge, and experience with HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experiences in HR roles, with at least 2 years in HR Business Partnering.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
