Job summary

Dynacare is seeking an HR Business Partner to support enterprise-wide HR solutions across British Columbia, Alberta and North Bay, Ontario. The role is permanent, full-time and hybrid, with relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

You will provide strategic HR counsel, lead talent initiatives, and collaborate with Legal on employee relations, while partnering with leadership to drive culture and organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management.
• CPHR or CHRP designation preferred.
• 7 years of relevant HR Generalist/Management experience.
• Ability to develop and manage an annual budget.
• Knowledge of provincial/federal labour legislation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational HR advice aligned to Dynacare’s business strategies and objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Participate as a leadership team member to drive talent and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with Legal counsel on employee relations issues.
• Drive talent strategy and external hiring to meet business needs.
• Oversee workforce planning and change initiatives to support growth.
• Manage performance and compensation cycle communications and processes.
• Deploy company-wide HR programs and total rewards initiatives.
