Casey House, a specialty hospital in Toronto, seeks a People & Culture Coordinator to support HR operations, engage employees, and drive process improvements. You will maintain confidential files, assist with onboarding and policy development, and coordinate engagement activities in a diverse, inclusive environment.
You will report to the Director of People & Culture, contribute to departmental projects, and balance multiple priorities with discretion and care for equity and accessibility.

Status:Full-Time, Contract (18 months)
Hours:37.5 hours/ week, Monday to Friday. This is an hybrid position, with a minimum on-site requirement of 3 days / week. On site requirements may vary over the course of the year.

Compensation:$48,750 to $58,500, plus 6% pay in lieu of vacation, and % pay in lieu of benefits

The People & Culture Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the People & Culture team. They enable smooth day-to-day functioning of the department through administrative excellence and responsive service to employees and leaders across Casey House.
In addition to core administrative responsibilities, the Coordinator contributes to employee engagement initiatives, supports policy drafting, and carries out independent projects within the scope and direction set by the Director and Senior HR Consultants. As a trusted partner and liaison for employees and leaders, they ensure high-quality service delivery, coordinate & implement operational HR processes, and contribute to continuous improvements to systems, data, and employee experiences. A commitment to equity, cultural safety, and anti-racism is essential in this role, ensuring that all HR practices, policies, and decision-making frameworks are inclusive, accessible, and responsive to the diverse needs and lived experiences of all employees.
