Role Overview:

As a Payroll Specialist, you'll help our clients leverage ADP's exceptional business solutions so they can focus on what matters most to them—growing their business.

In this role, you will join a high-performing team within ADP’s Human Resources Outsourcing department, providing support and guidance in response to a wide variety of payroll and tax-related questions and issues presented by Client Payroll Administrators. You will carry the responsibility of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction.

Every day, you will use multiple tools and resources to develop accurate, comprehensive, and friendly responses to clients’ inquiries regarding payroll practices and tax considerations. The core of your work remains helping clients; however, the questions and solutions will vary daily, keeping the role engaging. Our top-ranked training program will support your success!
