Position Overview

In this role, you will be part of a team managing North America payroll administration, supporting approximately 5000+ employees with excellent service. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing payroll expertise and guidance to enhance team member experiences
  • Acting as a business process expert for HR tools and coaching payroll and benefits administrators
  • Driving innovation and process improvements
  • Ensuring data integrity through audits and automation
What You’ll Do

Reporting to the Manager of Global Payroll Operations, your responsibilities include:

  • Processing semi-monthly and weekly payrolls in North America using WorkDay & Ceridian Dayforce
  • Analyzing payroll transactions
  • Responding to employee inquiries within SLA
  • Assisting with year-end government filings
  • Participating in audits and special projects
  • Performing administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
What You Bring
  • At least 1 year of payroll experience with Canadian or US payrolls
  • Knowledge of payroll taxation laws
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Comfort with technology and eagerness to learn
  • Experience with payroll software such as Ceridian Dayforce (WorkDay is a plus)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information tactfully
  • Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Great-to-Haves
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources
  • Professional designations (CPA/PCP/CPP/PLP/LAP)
  • Bilingual in English and French

Salary Range: $60,000-$90,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 10%
