The ideal candidate has 3+ years in payroll or AP, and is proficient with ADP Workforce Now, QuickBooks, and MS Excel. You’ll provide general administrative support and help maintain accurate records, while upholding safety, quality, and service standards. Strong communication and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Payroll and/or Accounts Payable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience in a fast-paced office environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration: process bi-weekly payroll through ADP Workforce Now; maintain records; respond to inquiries; prepare reports.
