Job summary

Sobeys in Stellarton is seeking a Payroll Administrator on a 6-month contract. You will perform employee master data processing, meet SLA targets, troubleshoot Kronos, SAP HR and Dayforce, and provide payroll customer service to HR Business Partners, franchise operators and employees.

The successful candidate will hold an undergraduate degree or college diploma, have knowledge of Canadian payroll regulations, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Requires undergraduate degree or college diploma with relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian Payroll regulations.
• Experience with SAP HR, Dayforce and Kronos is an asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform employee master data processing and meet SLA targets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kronos, SAP HR and Dayforce.
• Provide payroll customer service to HR Business Partners, franchise operators and employees.
• Respond to payroll emails and calls based on SLA.
• Audit payroll data for accuracy and ensure policy compliance.
• Support continuous process improvements within payroll operations.
• Collaborate with HR and operations to deliver timely payroll-related services.
