The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in payroll, knowledge of Canadian legislation, and experience with UKG and Excel, with PCP certification preferred or pursued.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of payroll or related admin experience is required.
  • PCP certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and employment standards.
  • Experience with payroll systems (UKG preferred) and Excel.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of confidentiality handling employee information.

Responsibilities

  • Process employee payroll across Canada accurately and on time.
  • Verify payroll data and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to maintain records.
