You will handle full cycle payroll processing for multiple clients in Canada and the United States, ensuring on-time, accurate payroll while adhering to legislation. The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong knowledge of Canadian payroll and taxation, and proficiency with Payworks, Wagepoint, ADP, or Employment Hero.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full cycle payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and taxation.
• Experience using payroll software such as Payworks, Wagepoint, ADP, or Employment Hero.

Responsibilities

• Process full cycle payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain payroll records and update employee information as needed.
• Prepare and file payroll related documents and reports.
• Respond to employee and management payroll inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with CRA, WCB, and ESA regulations.
• Assist in year-end reconciliations and T4 preparation.
• Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Support audits and provide related documentation as requested.

The successful candidate will be responsible for full cycle payroll processing, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with payroll and employment legislation for multiple clients in Canada and United States.

What You Will Be Doing

• Process full cycle payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
