Job summary

BRP in Canada is seeking a PAV Support Advisor to serve as a key resource for our dealer network and internal teams in Sherbrooke. You will assess and process dealer requests and help resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and deliveries.

You thrive on customer service, problem solving, and coordinating with purchasing, transportation and logistics. Bilingual in English and French, you will communicate clearly and act with judgment and initiative.

Qualifications

• Relevant education or experience in customer service, administration, logistics or a related field.
• Experience in customer service, operational support or an environment where problem-solving and managing multiple requests are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Assess and process requests from dealers and follow up as needed.
• Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, and deliveries.
• Authorize credits for incomplete shipments, returns, and freight charges when required.
• Support internal teams on topics related to PAV orders, shipments and deliveries.
• Collaborate with purchasing, transportation and logistics teams.

Job description

We are looking for a PAV Support Advisor who will act as a key resource for our dealer network and internal teams.

You’ll Have The Opportunity To

• Assess and process and follow up on requests from dealers.
• Act in the best interest of the dealer and take the necessary actions to efficiently resolve issues related to:
• Orders
• Shipments and deliveries
• Order delays and status updates
• Missing or incorrect parts
• Conduct the necessary research and, when required, authorize credits related to incomplete shipments, returns and freight charges.
• Support internal teams on topics related to PAV orders, shipments and deliveries.
• Collaborate with purchasing, transportation and logistics teams.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• Relevant education or experience in customer service, administration, logistics or a related field.
• Experience in customer service, operational support or an environment where problem-solving and managing multiple requests are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• A strong passion for serving our customers and dealers.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify information and adapt your approach to different situations.
• Demonstrated judgment, initiative and resourcefulness in identifying solutions to complex or unusual situations.
• Knowledge of SAP and dealer management system considered an asset
