Job summary

BRP, headquartered in Valcourt, Quebec, is seeking a logistics-focused professional to lead optimization projects across transportation, warehousing and distribution networks. The role involves analyzing profitability, designing scalable logistics solutions, and developing tools to reduce costs while coordinating with BRP plants worldwide and multidisciplinary teams.

The candidate should have a degree in engineering or logistics and 1–3 years of relevant experience, with strong Excel/PowerPoint

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, operations management, or logistics is required, along with one to three years of relevant experience.
  • A diploma of college studies (DCS) may be accepted if accompanied by relevant experience.
  • The ability to communicate with internal stakeholders located outside of Quebec or in English on a daily basis.
  • Knowledge of Spanish (an asset).
  • Knowledge of transportation, internal logistics, and product distribution to customers.

You'll Have The Opportunity To

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES

  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset and a results-oriented approach.
  • The ability to travel outside of Canada (2–4 times per year).
