Job summary

BRP in Saint-Philippe, QC seeks a logistics professional to coordinate warehouse shipping activities, optimize distribution operations, and collaborate with our 3PL partner to improve dealer service. You will develop KPIs for quality and productivity and support new product introductions in the supply chain.

The role requires 3–5 years in logistics, a college or university diploma, and strong Excel/SAP skills. On-site work is required at least 3 days a week in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

  • College or university diploma in logistics or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics
  • Experience in distribution/warehousing; SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prioritize warehouse shipping activities
  • Optimize efficiency and minimize freight costs
  • Collaborate with 3PL and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain performance indicators for quality and productivity
  • Coordinate introduction of new products into the supply chain
  • Support goods movement initiatives in the distribution network
  • Standardize processes and deploy technical solutions
  • Promote proper storage, picking and shipping practices
  • Analyze customer complaints to identify root causes
  • Contribute to warehouse operation planning

You’ll Have The Opportunity To
  • Coordinate and prioritize warehouse shipping activities.
  • Optimize the efficiency of operations, minimize freight cost and maximize dealer service.
  • Cooperate with our distribution partner 3PL in the execution of operations.
  • Develop & maintain performance indicators in quality and productivity.
  • Coordinate the introduction of new products into the supply chain.
  • Support goods movement initiatives and their deployment in the distribution network.
  • Standardize operations processes and participate in the deployment of technical solutions.
  • Promote the application of good storage, pick-up and shipping practices "right the first time".
  • Analyze customer complaints in our distribution network and identify major contributors.
  • Participate to warehouse operation planning activities.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
  • A college or university diploma and professional experience in the field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics.
  • Experience in distribution and warehousing as well as knowledge of SAP would be assets.
  • In-depth understanding of MS Excel and the Microsoft office suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage information, data and correspondence at multiple levels.
  • Written and spoken English at the level of 3/5 and 4/5, respectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work independently and cross-functionally with various business stakeholders.
  • A problem-solver with critical thinking skills.
  • The ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic organization.
  • Highly motivated to work in an open team environment, demonstrate a collaborative approach, continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Experience with SAP Transport Management (TM), MS Excel, MS Power BI.

Other Information About The Position
  • The position is located in Saint-Philippe and requires on-site work at least 3 days a week depending on the projects in progress.
  • You will report directly to the Distribution & Operations Team Leader.
