Job summary

Alberta Precision Laboratories (APL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Alberta Health Services, invites applications for an Administrative Support II in Fort McMurray. You will greet and triage patients, register them into the Wait Time system, and perform general administrative tasks with precision while handling high-volume workloads.

Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• 1-year of customer service experience.
• Post-secondary education (Medical Office Assistant certificate) is preferred.
• Demonstrated Microsoft Office computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and triage patients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Register patients from requisitions into the Wait Time system with high accuracy.
• Perform general administrative tasks ensuring deadlines and benchmarks are met.
