Alberta Precision Laboratories (APL) is seeking an Administrative Support II to join the Patient Service Center team at Medicine Hat Carry Drive. You will greet and triage patients, enter test orders into the Laboratory Information System, and perform general administrative duties with precision and privacy in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and collaboration within a supportive team, with multiple shifts and a temporary with benefits arrangement.

Competenze

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Relevant post-secondary education preferred.
• Data entry experience within the last 6 months preferred.
• Healthcare or clinical laboratory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Epic Connect Care and CP Lab Assistant with Result Entry preferred.
• Medical Terminology knowledge.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Customer service and data entry experience preferred.
