Job summary

Alberta Precision Labs (APL) seeks a Medical Laboratory Assistant I to join the Market Mall PSC in Calgary. You will perform venipuncture, ECGs on outpatients and community patients, process specimens, and report results to support physicians.

You will work in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment, following lab procedures and ensuring safe, efficient service. This temp part-time role offers a competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for professional development within AHS.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent.
• Previous Phlebotomy experience and ECG Certification.
• Recent phlebotomy experience; ECG experience; at least 6 months within the last 2 years.
