Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage check-ins with a friendly approach.
• Handle multi-line phone systems for scheduling and inquiries.
• Maintain and update electronic medical records (Accuro).
• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and payments processing.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist clinical staff during visits.
• Perform general administrative tasks (filing, faxing, scanning).
• Support front desk operations and patient flow.
