Qualifications

• Experience with appointment scheduling and calendar management.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical workflows.
• Knowledge of insurance verification processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage phone lines with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
• Perform patient intake and maintain accurate records in the EMR.
• Verify health coverage and liaise with insurance providers as needed.
• Support physicians with administrative and clinical workflow coordination.
• Handle correspondence, referrals, and documentation.
• Maintain a calm and welcoming front-desk environment.
• Contribute to efficient clinic flow and patient satisfaction.
