The University Health Network (UHN) seeks a Patient Care Coordinator for the Inpatient Mental Health unit at Toronto General Hospital. You will act as a resource for the multidisciplinary team and provide leadership, mentorship and preceptorship to staff while ensuring safe, high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities include financial/administrative duties to run the unit, promoting a collaborative learning environment, coordinating with team members and performing related duties as assigned.
