We are currently seeking a full-time Regional Director to join our team supporting clinics in Ontario. This position requires travel to clinic sites on a regular basis.

Reporting to the VP, Operations Ontario & Quebec, the Regional Director will influence and inspire the team to deliver a motivated, compassionate, and, most of all, a memorable patient-centered experience.

What you'll be doing:

The Regional Director will influence and inspire the team to deliver a motivated, compassionate, and, most of all, a memorable patient-centered experience. The Regional Director provides clinic operations leadership to a group of clinic managers and clinics in a region to drive accountability to performance goals, operational efficiency and optimization of team contributions company strategy.

This role provides leadership and support to 3-5 Clinic Managers in a region with 15-25 clinics, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence in patient care.

Key Accountabilities
Team Leadership & Engagement
  • Acting as role model and ambassador to the company by living our shared Resolve Sleep Health values.
  • Leading by example and acting as a coach to motivate teams to take accountability for results by sharing knowledge, experience and responsibility in a drive for the highest standards of professionalism, sales and service excellence.
  • Support manager development by providing the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to deliver exceptional patient care, team retention and drive financial performance.
  • Support team resource requirements in the region with effective people resource management and regional oversight to talent attraction and retention.
  • May have direct clinic management responsibility, as well as managing a team of Clinic Managers or Team Leads within the region to support achievement of regional business targets.
  • Actively participate in internal communications, including responding to emails, attending and leading team meetings and training sessions; collaborate effectively with team members and other Resolve support teams.
  • Ensure all managers lead clinics with a patient-focused model of continuing care and service delivery with the skills, knowledge and support to provide an exceptional patient experience that prioritizes service quality, safety, and efficiency in sleep therapies and sleep apnea treatment.
  • Lead change management of new initiatives for the region to ensure effective implementation of new sleep therapies supporting patient care and operational improvements, including the adoption of new technologies and reporting platforms.
  • Demonstrate change leadership by utilizing data to assess and support the adoption of new tools, technologies, and processes to effectively manage the region.
  • Act as an ambassador for the region by fostering relationships with physicians, healthcare authorities, and local business partners.
  • Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency in delivering sleep health products and services.
Operational Leadership & Financial Oversight
  • Strategic and operational leadership to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, both within the region and across the company as a whole, that are consistent with our values, revenue, and business objectives, all of which ultimately lead to improved financial performance.
  • Drive revenue and EBITDA growth by utilizing data to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements.
  • Monitor and manage a comprehensive suite of Key Performance Indicators, specific to each stage of the patient pathway, that ensure a concise understanding of how each clinic is performing against target and identifying opportunities for improvement and areas requiring special focus.
  • Monitor revenue and expenditures for the region of responsibility, ensuring alignment with budget and forecasts.
  • Oversight of regional leases, inventory and equipment optimization to ensure efficiency and accuracy with billing and funding models.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards through auditing and feedback mechanisms.
  • Monitor business Key Performance Indicators, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as needed to drive performance and operational excellence.
Collaboration & Business Development
  • As an ambassador for the business, develop a visible community profile that demonstrates empathy, respect and the highest level of care for our patients.
  • Work closely with Business Development teams to support referral growth in the region.
  • Serve as a key resource for insights into regional trends and market conditions.
  • Ensure strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
Mergers & Acquisitions, Regional Expansion (at direction of VPO)
  • Leadership of integration plans for new acquisitions in the region to support onboarding, business rhythm cadences, patientcare and service excellence best practices, operational leadership, company culture and financial oversight

What you bring:
  • Success in this role will depend on the degree to which you are able to effectively contribute to and translate business strategy into regional results while maintaining the highest level of patient care in our industry.
  • 5–10 years of leadership experience, with demonstrated success leading teams, preferably in healthcare environments and multi-site management
  • Knowledge of sleep disorders, CPAP therapy, and healthcare regulations is considered an asset.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and performance targets.
  • Demonstrated strong relationship management with stakeholders and support functions.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills with the ability to lead teams and drive results.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field considered a strong asset.
