We are seeking a Patient Care & Sales Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic and an important guide in our patients\' aesthetic journey. This is a key role for someone who is passionate about customer service, confident in sales, and excited to work in the aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and create a professional, welcoming atmosphere
• Guide clients through consultations, treatments, and follow-ups with a personal touch
• Confidently explain and recommend treatments and skincare products to meet patient goals
• Achieve sales targets by building trust and guiding patients toward the right solutions
• Manage scheduling, phone calls, and treatment coordination with accuracy
• Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations
