We are currently searching for an ambitious Pastry Cook to join our world-class Club, an employer that invests in the development and personal wellbeing of their team.

The ideal candidate will be a professional with the desire to be the best, looking to advance and learn all that this great industry has to offer. We work with sustainable and seasonal products and create close relationships with our farmers and artisans.

The pastry department provides desserts, chocolates, pastries, breads, and much more within a beautiful restaurant and lounge, world-class events, weddings, and retail.

Qualifications & Skill Requirements
  1. Must have at least 2 years experience as a baker.
  2. Must be experienced with cake decorating, lamination, croissant making, baking, and executing recipes.
  3. Culinary certification preferred.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Must have FOODSAFE Level 1 certification.
  6. Must have a flexible work schedule.
