Job summary

All-Lift Ltd. is seeking a Parts Specialist to ensure the availability and timely delivery of parts for our material handling equipment. You will be the primary contact for parts inquiries, orders, and technical guidance, supporting customers and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in parts sales or service, and knowledge of UniCarriers, CombiLift, Aisle-Master, Factory Cat, and Sky Jack parts. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in parts sales or customer service in material handling.
• Strong knowledge of material handling equipment parts (UniCarriers, CombiLift, Aisle-Master, Factory Cat, Sky Jack).
• Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency with MS Office and inventory systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source parts for brands including UniCarriers, CombiLift, Aisle-Master, Factory Cat, Sky Jack.
• Process customer part orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
• Provide technical guidance on parts selection and troubleshooting.
• Document transactions and generate reports on sales and trends.
