Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Parts Specialist to keep our service shop running smoothly by coordinating orders, managing inventory, working with suppliers, and ensuring accurate work orders and records.

You will support urgent parts needs, maintain safety standards, and collaborate closely with technicians and supervisors to meet daily requests and keep parts flowing efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and understanding of electronic parts inventory and ordering systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy.
• Valid Class G driver’s licence.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.

• Ensure parts are ordered on a daily basis according to Supervisors’ and Technicians’ requests.

SUMMARY

As a Parts Specialist, you will play a key role in keeping our shop running efficiently by coordinating parts orders, managing inventory, working with suppliers, and ensuring accurate work orders and records. You’ll also support urgent parts needs while maintaining a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, and safety.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure parts are ordered on a daily basis according to Supervisors’ and Technicians’ requests.

• Establish and maintain relationships with approved suppliers regarding ordering and pricing.

• Ensure parts are properly billed to work orders and that unrequired parts and cores are returned.

• Maintain organized and accurate records of orders and credits.

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels.

• Monitor repair order accuracy, both physically and electronically.

• Coordinate deliveries or travel to pick up required parts or supplies to address urgent needs.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong computer skills and an understanding of electronic parts inventory and ordering systems. Previous experience in this field is considered an asset.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and a proven track record of accuracy.

• Valid Class G driver’s licence.

• Willingness to work safely, promote a culture of safety, adhere to company policies and regulations, and actively participate in best safety practices and initiatives.
