Job summary

Crane Carrier (Canada) Limited is seeking a Parts Specialist for Heavy Duty Aftermarket Truck Parts to support customers in-store, over the phone, by email, and in person.

In this role you will maintain product knowledge, obtain sales orders, assist with warranties, and coordinate with the warehouse and outside sales team to fulfill parts needs. A customer-focused mindset is essential to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in heavy-duty truck parts.
• Passion for customer service.
• Desire to work in a team environment.
• Strong communication (verbal & written).
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inside sales skills and product knowledge for all Crane Carrier (Canada) Limited parts and services.
• Obtain sales orders for heavy-duty truck parts.
• Determine customers need for truck parts.
• Assist customers with parts warranties.
• Generate order tickets to the warehouse.
• Process orders for outside sales team.

Parts Specialist Responsibilities Includes
