Cooper Equipment Rentals is seeking a proactive Parts & Service Coordinator in Bolton, ON to manage parts flow, dispatch technicians, and maintain service records. You will prepare quotes, track maintenance, and communicate timelines with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or construction equipment industry; rental industry experience is an asset.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, logistics, or related field is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction or heavy equipment parts, service procedures, and maintenance practices is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional interaction with customers, technicians, and vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with service or inventory management systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the ordering, receiving, stocking, transfer, and delivery of parts for timely repairs.
• Dispatch field technicians to service calls.
• Maintain shop supplies and monitor inventory levels; process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims as required.
• Open, update, and close work orders with accurate documentation.
• Schedule and track equipment service and maintenance balancing tech availability with fleet needs.
• Prepare quotes and estimates for repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding timelines, status, and parts availability.
• Match packing slips to receivers and invoices to support accounts payable processing.
• Support compliance with safety standards and company policies.
