Job summary

Battlefield Equipment Rentals in Stoney Creek, ON is seeking a Parts & Service Coordinator to join our service team. This full-time, permanent role supports technicians, manages parts and work orders, and keeps customers informed throughout the repair process.

You will order, track, and allocate parts, prepare quotes, monitor orders, and assist with branch operations while upholding safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts ordering, quotes, and work orders is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Familiarity with inventory and service processes is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Serve as liaison between customers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Prepare repair and service quotes.
• Create and manage work orders and allocate parts to machines/jobs.
• Order, track, and allocate parts to equipment and orders.
• Monitor outstanding parts orders and follow up as needed.
• Run daily reports to support service and parts operations.
• Submit and track warranty claims and maintain records.
