Job summary

Premier Equipment is seeking a Service Coordinator to be at the heart of our service operation in Ontario. You will track work orders, invoices and technician hours, and ensure accurate processing with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You’ll coordinate service scheduling, maintain records, monitor payroll and WIP metrics, and support cross-department collaboration between Service, Parts and Sales. A high school diploma and a customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in service coordination or scheduling preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard office tech.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Track and process work orders, invoices, and technician hours.
• Coordinate service scheduling and maintain records.
• Monitor payroll and Work In Process (WIP) metrics.
• Respond to customer calls and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with events and special projects.
• Collaborate across Service, Parts and Sales departments.
• Assist with accounts payable and PO processing.
