Central Kia in Grand Falls-Windsor is hiring a Parts & Service Advisor to join our team. This customer‑facing role works closely with service technicians and the parts team to keep customers informed and their service experience running smoothly.

If you’re great with people, organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment, you’ll help identify service needs, explain repairs and timelines, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate service records.

Central Kia is hiring a Parts & Service Advisor to join our team in Grand Falls-Windsor . This is a customer-focused role where you'll work closely with our service technicians and parts team to help keep customers informed and their service experience running smoothly.

As a Parts & Service Advisor, you'll be one of the key points of contact for our customers. You'll listen to their concerns, help identify their service and maintenance needs, explain recommended work, coordinate with the service and parts departments, and keep customers updated throughout the process.

Don't have dealership experience? Don't count yourself out.

Automotive experience is certainly an asset, but we're also interested in people who bring strong customer service skills, a positive attitude, good communication, and the ability to stay organized when things get busy. If you're dependable, comfortable working with customers, and willing to learn the automotive side of the role, we'd like to hear from you.
