Job summary

Central Kia in Grand Falls-Windsor is hiring a Parts & Service Advisor to join our team. This customer‑facing role works closely with service technicians and the parts team to keep customers informed and their service experience running smoothly.

If you’re great with people, organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment, you’ll help identify service needs, explain repairs and timelines, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate service records.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customers and help identify their vehicle service needs.
• Advise customers on vehicle maintenance in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Clearly explain recommended repairs, timelines, and costs and obtain customer approval.
• Schedule service appointments and help keep our shop running efficiently.
• Work with technicians and parts to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
• Respond to telephone calls, inquiries, and customer concerns with professionalism and care.
• Maintain accurate and organized service records and repair orders.
