Job summary

Green Tech Group is seeking a parts clerk in Ontario/Canada to assist customers with enthusiasm, manage inventory, and support shop technicians. The role includes handling showroom displays, receiving and shipping parts, and selling related products while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates are passionate about agriculture or industrial fields, with experience in parts handling and bilingual French/English abilities; training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a parts clerk is an asset.
• Bilingual French and English is an asset to serve French-speaking clientele.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers with enthusiasm and respond to their needs by conducting searches,
• Respond to internal requests from shop technicians
• Maintain inventory movements in the parts system and keep accurate inventory at all times
• Organize showroom displays to meet customer needs
• Ensure receiving and shipping of parts merchandise
• Sell all types of complementary or related products based on the customer's initial request
• Comply with workplace health and safety standards and policies
