Job summary

Groupe JLD-Laguë is hiring a skilled mechanic to diagnose and repair John Deere equipment both in the shop and on client sites. You will build strong customer relationships while delivering fast, reliable service.

Ideal candidates have vocational mechanics training and five years of field or workshop experience, with a passion for agriculture and industrial equipment. Training provided and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• Vocational diploma in mechanics or equivalent required.
• Five years of workshop or mobile technician experience preferred.
• Passion for agriculture, business, or industrial field; customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair John Deere equipment in workshop or on site.
• Support clients with timely, high-quality service and advice.
• Coordinate with team to deliver efficient mobile technician coverage.
• Maintain safety and tool readiness; participate in ongoing training.

IDEALLY, YOU HAVE:

• A vocational diploma in mechanics (construction machines, agricultural equipment, heavy machinery or any other related equipment),
• Five years’ experience and + as a workshop or road technician,
• You are passionate about agriculture, business or the industrial field,
• Manual dexterity, ability to diagnose mechanical problems, autonomous, resourceful, quick to execute and disciplined, as well as a passion for customer service!
