Green Tech Groupe seeks a customer service-focused specialist to support John Deere equipment customers across Ontario and Quebec. You will deliver exceptional experiences, manage inquiries, and help promote our services while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This role offers training, comprehensive benefits after probation, and opportunities for growth in a large dealer network across Eastern Canada.

Qualifications

• Experience as a technical advisor in the agricultural or industrial field is an asset.
• Genuine passion for the agricultural, commercial, or industrial sector.
• Functional English: an asset to serve English-speaking customers related to the role.
• Strong skills in verbal communication, active listening, understanding customer needs, and thoroughness in your research.
