Job summary

Green Tech is seeking an energetic sales-focused professional to represent the company with current and prospective clients in Quebec and Ontario. You will assess client needs, demonstrate equipment, and build long-term relationships while pursuing territory growth.

The role emphasizes regular client follow-ups, product demonstrations, and staying informed about John Deere equipment features, with training opportunities provided by the company and John Deere.

Qualifications

• Interest to start a career in sales.
• Passion for agriculture, business or industrial field.
• Functional English is an asset to serve English-speaking clientele.
• Strong communication and active listening to understand client needs.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to existing and future clients to assess needs and sell equipment/machinery.

• Represent the company to existing and future clients, in order to assess their needs and to sell them the appropriate equipment / machinery,
• Regularly conduct courtesy follow-ups with clients by telephone or by visiting them,
• Maintain a follow-up register for clients and sales, as defined by the company,
• Maintain a privileged relationship with existing clients, in order to retain them,
• Develop the territory assigned by the sales manager, so as to increase the company’s market shares and sell equipment / machinery to future clients,
• Carry out demonstration to clients,
• Carefully fill out all documents related to sales transactions,
• Constantly update your knowledge about products, benefits and features of all the equipment / machinery sold by the company, by partaking in John Deere training activities,
• Stay informed about market trends that may affect present and future sales,
• At all times, comply with the standards and policies regarding health and safety in the workplace.
