Job summary

FFUN Motorsports Saskatoon is seeking a Parts Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You will source parts, assist technicians, and help customers find the right accessories across ATVs, motorcycles, boats, and more.

The role requires strong sales and parts experience, a customer-centric approach, and keen attention to detail. A valid driver’s license is required, with opportunities for growth within the FFUN Group.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and sales focus for powersports retail.
• Knowledge and expertise in parts and systems.
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License is required.
• Experience with supply chain, receiving, purchasing or office management is a plus.
• Ability to take parts & accessory orders from internal, retail and wholesale customers.

Responsibilities

• Process part orders quickly, courteously, and professionally.
• List and price parts on repair orders and counter tickets.
• Write purchase orders for parts and update records and customer files.
• Maintain warranty and special parts inventory.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized by putting away loose stock.
• Help maintain parts catalogues, price schedules, and other bulletins.
• Liaise with Service Technicians and customers to effectively communicate services.

Parts Advisor – FFUN Motorsports Saskatoon
Permanent Full-Time

Love powersports, sales, and helping customers find exactly what they need? FFUN Motorsports Saskatoon is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team.

You’ll work with customers and technicians to source parts, recommend accessories, and provide great service across everything from
ATVs and side‑bides to motorcycles, Sea-Doos, Ski-Doos, boats, and more.

What you'll be doing:

• Process part orders quickly, courteously, and professionally.
• List and price parts on repair orders and counter tickets.
• Write purchase orders for parts and update records and customer files.

• Bring a fervent passion for powersports and accessories.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge and expertise in parts and systems.
• Exhibit a customer‑centric approach with an outgoing personality, whether in‑person or over the phone.
• Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all paperwork and reports.
• Customer Service Experience
• Experience in Supply Chain, Receiving, Purchasing or Office Management would be an asset.
• Excel at taking parts & accessory orders from internal, retail, & wholesale customers.
• Computer literate.
• Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License
