Job summary

FFUN GMC Swan River is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge customers and technicians, ensuring clarity on service needs and updates throughout the repair process.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and a tech-savvy approach with CRM/DMS tools. A Manitoba Class 5+ license and automotive experience are valued as assets.

• Experience as a Service Advisor in automotive and/or service writing is asset.
• Fast-paced customer service background.
• Tech-savvy with CRM/DMS/tablet/digital tools.
• Sharp organizational skills under pressure.
• Positive energy and drive to exceed customer expectations.
• Valid Manitoba Class 5+ Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and perform thorough vehicle walkarounds.
• Communicate technical service needs in a customer-friendly way.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Review estimates, timelines and completed work with customers.
• Coordinate with Service Technicians and the Parts Department.
• Recommend maintenance and services based on vehicle needs.
• Follow up with customers and help build long-term relationships.
• Ensure every customer receives outstanding, professional, friendly service.

Business is growing at FFUN GMC Swan River and we're adding a Service Advisor to our team!

Service Advisors are the connection between our customers and our technicians. We're looking for someone who is organized, communicates well and genuinely enjoys helping people. Automotive experience is an asset but a great attitude and strong customer service skills are just as important! If you love helping customers and want to be part of a growing team, we want to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Welcome customers and perform thorough vehicle walkarounds

• Communicate technical service needs in a customer-friendly way

• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process

What We're Looking For:

• Sharp organizational skills with attention to detail under pressure

• Positive energy and a drive to exceed customer expectations

• Valid Class 5 or greater Manitoba Driver’s License
