FFUN Group's Saskatoon North Hyundai is seeking a General Sales Manager to lead daily operations, motivate the team, and drive growth in a fast-paced dealership. This is a hands-on leadership role with focus on results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead from the front! Drive daily sales operations, set the pace, and create a high-energy, results-driven environment.
• Build a championship team. Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop sales and finance professionals who consistently deliver.
• Drive sales and profitability. Own sales targets, gross profit, inventory performance, and overall dealership results.
• Make deals happen. Support your team with deal structuring, negotiations, and closing opportunities.
• Maximize finance performance. Work closely with the Finance team to drive F&I profitability, product penetration, and a seamless customer experience.
• Own the inventory strategy. Manage new and pre-owned vehicle inventory, pricing, merchandising, and turnover to maximize opportunities.
• Turn leads into customers. Drive CRM accountability, lead management, follow-up, and conversion performance.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience. Build lasting relationships, maintain high customer satisfaction, and strengthen the dealership's reputation.
• Think bigger. Partner with dealership leadership and FFUN Group to identify growth opportunities, improve processes, and take performance to the next level.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven automotive sales leadership. Experience as a General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or similar dealership leadership role with a track record of delivering results.
• Strong finance expertise. Solid understanding of automotive financing, deal structuring, lender relationships, and F&I profitability.
• A hands-on leadership style. You're not afraid to jump into a deal, coach on the sales floor, or lead by example.
• A team builder and motivator. You know how to recruit, develop, and inspire people to perform at their best.
• A results-driven mindset. You understand sales KPIs, gross profit, inventory management, and how to turn numbers into action.
• Strong business instincts. You can identify opportunities, make confident decisions, and balance profitability with customer satisfaction.
