Job summary

Audi Downtown Vancouver, part of the Dilawri Group, is seeking a Part Advisor. Under the Parts Manager, you will ensure prompt, courteous service to parts customers and sell replacement parts.

You will determine customer needs, check inventory, locate parts, prepare sales slips, and may order parts to fulfill orders. The role requires strong product knowledge and a minimum of five years in a parts department.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Parts Department.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to locate and identify replacement parts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians with parts selection.
• Prepare sales slips and process parts orders.
• Order parts and coordinate with inventory when needed.

Audi Downtown Vancouver is currently looking to fill aposition of aPart Advisor.

Under the responsibility of the Parts Manager, thePartsAdvisoris responsible for prompt and courteous servicing ofall parts customers. PartsAdvisorsell replacementparts. In most cases customers and technicians know exactly which partthey need. In these cases, consultants just find the part in theinventoryor order the part requested.In othercases,advisormust help customers and technicians determine whichpart(s) they need. They look at old parts and ask customers andtechnicians questions about the particular part or vehicle. Using thisinformation, they often are able to determine the replacement parts. Thenthey look up the stock number for the parts, using computers or catalogs.Once they have all the parts a customer and technician need, consultantsprepare sales slips and add up the charges. They may also have to ordernecessary parts to fill an order.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 yearsexperiencein Parts Department.
