Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Parts Advisor at Audi Thornhill to assist customers in selecting parts and processing orders across retail, shop, and wholesale channels. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and customer service excellence.

Pay rate is $45,000 to $65,000 inclusive of salary and bonus. Experience with Reynolds/CDK is preferred. We offer benefits and opportunities within one of Canada’s largest automotive groups.

• Experience with Reynolds/CDK systems preferred.
• Wholesale experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Help customers choose parts and provide high-quality service to retail and shop customers.
• Provide information about accessory parts and specials.
• Take orders for parts by phone, counter, and wholesale accounts.
• Organize and fill orders from stock and arrange shipping or pickup.
• Stock new parts and keep parts area organized.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently help customers choose parts andprovide internal and external customers (retail and shop) withhigh-quality services
• Provide customers with information about accessoryparts and specials
• Take orders for parts by telephone, techniciancounter, retail counter and wholesale accounts
• Organize and fill orders out of the stock
• Organize orders for shipping, delivery purposes,or daily pickup
• Help to stock all new parts on shelves andmaintain parts properly and organized at all times

Qualifications:

• The enthusiasm to be part of one of the fastestgrowing automotive sales teams in the industry

• Experience with Reynolds/CDK system preferred
