Dilawri Group of Companies seeks a Junior Parts Advisor & Vehicle Concierge in Vancouver for a hybrid role supporting Parts and Service. You will assist customers with parts inquiries, manage inventory, and help prepare vehicles for delivery while keeping the lot organized and presentable.

The position rewards strong customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork, with an hourly wage of $19.00–$21.00 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries, orders and purchases.
• Identify and source automotive parts using catalogs, systems, and descriptions.
• Process parts transactions, including invoices and sales documentation.
• Receive and fulfill telephone and in-person parts orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and organize parts storage.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery and ensure lot presentation is clean and safe.

Position Overview

Genesis Downtown Vancouver is seeking a Junior Parts Advisor &Vehicle Concierge to join our team. This hybrid role supports both theParts and Service Departments, reporting directly to the Parts Manager whileworking closely with the Service team.

This position plays a key role in delivering an exceptionalcustomer experience by combining parts support with vehicle presentation andlot coordination. The successful candidate will assist with parts inquiries,inventory management, and sales transactions while also ensuring vehicles areclean, organized, and ready for delivery.

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual looking togain hands-on experience across multiple areas of dealership operations whilebuilding a career in the automotive industry.

The expectedpayfor this position is $19.00- $21.00 per hour plus bonuses.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Parts SupportResponsibilities:

• Assist retail and wholesale customers with partsinquiries, orders, and purchases
• Identify and source automotive parts usingcatalogs, systems, and customer/technician descriptions
• Process parts transactions, including invoicesand sales documentation
• Receive and fulfill telephone and in-personparts orders
• Order non-stock parts and track backorders toensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and supportproper organization and storage of parts
• Inspect returned parts and process exchanges orrefunds as required
• Collaborate with technicians and internaldepartments to support efficient workflow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe partsdepartment environment

Vehicle Concierge / Lot Responsibilities:

• Ensure all vehicles are clean, presentable, andready for customer delivery or display
• Maintain organization and presentation of thevehicle lot and service drive
• Move and park vehicles safely around thedealership as required
• Start vehicles regularly and monitor batterycondition, charging as needed
• Assist with vehicle preparation for service andcustomer delivery
• Maintain cleanliness of service and deliveryareas, including removal of debris
• Ensure walkways, lot areas, and entrances aresafe and free of obstructions
• Clear snow and ice from vehicles and lot areasduring winter months
• Organize and store equipment and supplies at theend of each shift
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications Required

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in automotive, customerservice, or a dealership environment is an asset
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts and systemsis preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-pacedenvironment
• Strong attention to detail and organizationalskills
• Ability to identify parts using electroniccatalogs and systems
• Basic computer proficiency (inventory,point-of-sale, and dealership systems)
• Ability to operate vehicles safely andresponsibly
• Team-oriented with a positive and professionalattitude

Other Requirements

• Ability to provide a current driver’s abstractupon request
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
