North Shore Acura, part of the Dilawri Group, is hiring a Product Advisor to engage customers and convert leads into sales. You will follow up on inquiries, meet monthly goals, and promote new business while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates bring strong negotiation and communication skills, the ability to build rapport, and a genuine interest in automotive products; BC driver’s license and VSA license may be required. Training available.

North Shore Acura is currently looking to fill the position ofProduct Advisor.

Your daily activity will include, butwill not be limited to:

• Following up on all leadsfrom a variety of sources.
• Meeting individual anddepartment goals.
• Promote new business andcontribute to company’s customer base by sourcing new customers throughprospecting and referral networks.
• Providing a superiorexperience for our customers in order to exceed their expectations.
• Demonstrating a high levelof product knowledge, including participating in product trainingavailable.
• Set goals for each month’sproductivity; plan and organize how to reach those objectives.
• Maintaining strong knowledgeof all vehicle’s models.

• Valid VSA License isrequired.
• Possesses a valid BritishColumbia Driver’s License and a current copy of Abstract (ICBC driver’srecord).
