North Shore Acura is currently looking to fill aposition of a Service Technician.

Responsible for repairingvehicles according to information provided on the repair orders and accordingto proper shop policy and warranty policy. Ensure excellent relations betweencustomers and the Dealership.

Duties andResponsibilities:

• Punches in onthe time ticket at the start of each day, punches out at lunch and end ofday.
• Punch timeticket at the start and finish of each job.
• Road test allvehicles before and after servicing.
• Adviseadvisor if repairs take longer than promised time on work order.
• Use seatcovers and floor mats in every customer vehicle.
• NotifyAdvisor of additional repairs, parts and labor to the customer.
• Complete allassigned work.
• Document allrepairs and services performed on vehicle in a clear manner.
• Ensure punchtimes match jobs performed on work order.
• Followmanufacturer’s warranty policies and procedures and dealership guidelines.
• Maintaingeneral cleanliness in the shop.
• Maintain ahigh efficiency level through efficient work practices.
• Maintain apolite and helpful attitude.
• Performadditional sales requests on all vehicles that come into the shop.
• Ensurewarranty add-ons have Service Manager’s signature on the job.
• Maintain orexceed Productivity and Efficiency Objectives set by Service Manager.
