Job summary

The Humberview Group, with Orangeville Honda, seeks an experienced Parts Advisor for their Etobicoke location. You will identify, source, and sell automotive parts, maintain inventory, and support service technicians with parts while delivering fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service.

Base salary plus monthly performance bonus ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 per year. Prior parts experience and familiarity with Honda products are assets; CDK experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous parts experience.
• Knowledge of Honda products is an asset.
• Experience with electronic parts catalogues is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Deliver parts to shop and distribute to technicians.
• Sell parts in-store, by phone, and to customers.
• Assist walk-in and wholesale customers with part selections and inform about product lines.
• Prepare daily orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup.
• Review files weekly to track back orders.
• Process credits for returned parts.
• Assist with shipping/receiving as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Parts Manager.

Orangeville Honda is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to add to their team in Etobicoke. Orangeville Honda is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.

As a Parts Advisor, you'll play an important role in supporting both customers and the service department by identifying, sourcing, ordering, and selling automotive parts. You'll help maintain accurate inventory, assist technicians with required parts, and ensure every customer receives fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service.

What You'll Do

• Greets and assists all customers in a professional and friendly manner.

What We're Looking For
