Job summary

Cooksville Hyundai in Mississauga is seeking a Parts Advisor to join our Humberview Group team. You will identify, source, order, and sell automotive parts, keep inventory accurate, and support technicians with the parts they need.

This role pays CAD 20–22 per hour and offers growth opportunities across 20 stores, along with a comprehensive benefits package and team perks designed to support your career in the dealership parts department.

Qualifications

• Experience with automotive parts is preferred.
• Ability to identify and source parts quickly.
• Comfort with using electronic parts catalogs and CDK software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally and friendly.
• Deliver parts to the shop and distribute to technicians.
• Sell parts over the shop, by phone, and at the counter.
• Assist walk-in and wholesale customers with part selections.
• Prepare and process orders for shipment, delivery or pick-up.
• Review files weekly to track back orders.
• Issue credit for returned parts.
• Assist with shipping/receiving as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Parts Manager.

Cooksville Hyundai is looking for a Parts Advisor to add to their team in Mississauga. Cooksville Hyundai is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.

As aParts Advisor, you’ll play an important role in supporting both customers and the service department by identifying, sourcing, ordering, and selling automotive parts. You’ll help maintain accurate inventory, assist technicians with required parts, and ensure every customer receives fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service.

Compensation:$20 to $22 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Ability to learn and utilize electronic parts catalogues.
