Cooksville Hyundai, part of The Humberview Group, is seeking a Parts Advisor in Mississauga. You will identify, source, order, and sell automotive parts, maintain inventory, and assist technicians with parts to ensure fast, friendly, knowledgeable service.

This is an excellent chance to build a career in automotive retail, with opportunities across 20 stores and 18 brands. Compensation ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, with benefits and team incentives.

Responsibilities

• Greets and assists all customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Delivers parts to the shop and distributes to technicians.
• Sells parts in person, over the phone, and over the counter.
• Assists walk-in and wholesale customers with parts selection and product information.
• Prepares orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup.
• Reviews files weekly to track back orders.
• Issues credit for parts returned.
• Assists with shipping/receiving as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by Parts Manager.

Cooksville Hyundai is looking for a Parts Advisor to add to their team in Mississauga. Cooksville Hyundai is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play an important role in supporting both customers and the service department by identifying, sourcing, ordering, and selling automotive parts. You’ll help maintain accurate inventory, assist technicians with required parts, and ensure every customer receives fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service.

Compensation: $20 to $22 per hour.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Previous parts experience.
• Experience with CDK software is an asset.
• Knowledge of Hyundai products is an asset.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and utilize electronic parts catalogues.
• Strong communication skills.
